The Enneagram is a way of understanding nine basic types of people and how we behave, communicate, interpret things and respond in the world. It is a tool for understanding ourselves and the connections between the personality, psychological development and spiritual transformation.
During this part 3 workshop, you will learn how the enneagram plays out in leadership, whether that means being a leader in your family, at your work, at church or in other volunteering. In addition, we’ll look at how enneagram types behave on teams (families, sports, work, boards, committees, etc).
Fees cover beverages and snacks, plus enneagram materials you can take home with you. A minimum of 12 participants is necessary, so register today.
Attending a Part 1 (Self Discovery) workshop or having a working knowledge of the enneagram is necessary for getting anything out of this workshop.
Your facilitator is Holly Johnson, who is trained in the Enneagram in Business, by Ginger Lapid-Bogda. Holly understands herself to be a Social Two with a well-traveled Eight-line, and if you don’t know what that means but are curious… you should attend a part 1 workshop. But if you have a good idea about that and want to know more about how that plays out in life, then this workshop is for you. Holly is also the pastor of Spirit Garage.
