Worship at the Falls

We are worshipping at Minnehaha Falls Pavilion on September 5th, 2021. There are plenty of benches, with lots of space, and a good amount of shade at The Falls. This year, we will be joined by another faith community from South Minneapolis–the folks from Fabric.

Our Theme for this Sunday will be “Happy Together? It’s Complicated.” As we move in and out of various states of the pandemic, see people we haven’t seen in a long time, or come together for things like worship, there are many things to celebrate. And also, it’s complicated.

Kerns will lead music, but may have some band members from Fabric joining in, and others from the staff are helping plan the service. Assuming there is no rain or excessive heat, this is a beautiful way to celebrate the long holiday weekend if you stay in town. Plan to stay after, perhaps get lunch at the restaurant or bring your own picnic, and hike around at The Falls.
