St. Croix River Paddle Day @ Interstate Park, Taylor's Falls, MN

Come enjoy a Fall day paddling on the St. Croix River from Interstate Park in Taylor’s Falls, MN to Osceola. If you have your own canoe or kayak, this event is free. If you don’t, there are rentals. Canoes and kayaks rent for $30-$40 for the day. We can probably pair you up with another person so that the cost would be $15 per person. If you can cover that cost, that is great; if you need Spirit Garage to cover it, we will.

We will meet at Interstate Park in Taylor’s Falls. Due to COVID-19 you’ll need to have your own transportation there. Peter Wemeier will be coordinating details after that, with shuttling between the two sites, and canoes, etc. The drive between the put in place and our destination are about a 12 minute drive apart; we’ll do our own shuttling. We’ll have a lot of cars so we’ll be able to limit the number of people in vehicles for safety’s sake.

Pack a lunch! We’ll paddle for awhile, pull up for some lunch, and then continue on to Osceola, finishing somewhere around 2 PM or 3 PM.
