Gospel According to The Wailin' Jennys @ Solomon's Porch

Sometimes we have a worship service that features the music of all one band, to see what the songs they write or choose to perform tell us about their faith and the gospel. This month, it’s the music of the Wailin’ Jennys, a group of women who sing tight harmonies, and it’s beautiful. This service has been in the works for awhile-we think it will finally happen. Holly has called some old friends together (Anna Rohde-Schwenn, Maria Anderson-Lippert, Kara Lattu) who know the songs and have sung some of them together in the past.
