During our “Different Lens” services we hear a message from faith leaders who are also BIPOC and/or Queer, who may have something to teach us about God when scripture gets a different lens put on it than the one we all probably grew up with. Rev. Asher O’Callahan will be sharing a Different Lens message that also fits in with our “Creative God” theme of the month and also celebrates Pride! 

Pastor Asher O’Callaghan is the Associate to the Bishop in East Central Synod of Wisconsin. He has also served as pastor at Highlands Lutheran Church in Denver, Colorado, and Program Director for Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries. Pastor Asher discerned a call to ministry in the midst of his own gender transition.
